Spring Class Options

Enrollment forms are needed before class attendance, since classes may begin online due to weather or COVID-19 numbers.  The most important piece of your enrollment puzzle is your form, so we have your contact info, even if you are a past student – otherwise we will not know to send you a class link!  Also, payment arrangements can be made, Epic schools can be billed, and scholarships are available.  No child is ever turned away from Clark classes for inability to pay!

Enrollment forms can be mailed, emailed, or dropped off in person. Enrollment and payment for classes can now be done online through our enrollment system, over the phone with a credit card, or in person or by mail with a check, or cash.

***Class Choices are as follows!***
